- Editor verdict
- A roomy, well-made graphic tee for the money: measurements stayed inside the listed 1–3 cm tolerance through two washes and the digital print held. The album's weak point is documentation — acrylic and polyester both appear as the fibre.
- What works
- Thirty print-and-colour combinations across sizes L to 5XL
- What works
- Size L weighed 213.6 g on the 0.1 g scale and shrank only 0.8 cm in the body after two washes
- What works
- Digital print showed no cracking, lifting or colour bleed under two light temperatures
- Watch-outs
- Fibre content is given two ways in the listing — acrylic as main component, polyester as fabric name
- Watch-outs
- No per-size flat chart, and the loose cut runs roomy at 110 cm around the chest in size L
- Watch-outs
- Only one of the 30 print variants was bench-tested, so motif-to-motif consistency is unverified
Shoppers from size L to 5XL who want a relaxed short-sleeve graphic tee for summer and all-season layering, and who will ask the seller for a flat measurement chart before ordering.
Anyone who wants a close standard fit, and anyone who needs the fibre blend fixed before buying, since the listing names both acrylic and polyester.
The Nike Classic Logo Printed T-Shirt is the cheapest branded graphic tee in our current order queue: 3.88 USD, down from a listed 4.49 USD, sold in 30 print-and-colour combinations and sizes L through 5XL. We ordered the white short-sleeve version with the solid swoosh print, logged the parcel against SKU 7715836021, and put it through the standard bench routine — flat measurement on the ruler board, fabric weight on the 0.1 g scale, print inspection under two light temperatures, then two labelled wash cycles.
One garment, one print variant. The album carries 33 photographs covering the motif options, states a 1–3 cm measurement tolerance and a build of 180 g to under 250 g, and publishes no per-size flat chart. That gap shapes everything below: the numbers here are the only flat set attached to this test, so treat them as a reference point next to the seller's own chart rather than a replacement for it.

- Garment weight: 213.6 g on the 0.1 g scale.
The delivered unit matched the white short-sleeve variant shown in the album. Print placement, base colour and the letter size on the label all lined up with the frames we compared it against. There is no metal hardware on this garment — no zip, no eyelets, no drawcord tips — so the desk's tarnish check did not apply.
Flat measurements against the album's stated numbers
The album publishes one dimensional figure — a 1–3 cm tolerance — and no per-size flat chart. So we logged our delivered size L on the ruler board and then compared the garment against itself after washing.
| Measured flat, size L | Our bench | Album figure |
|---|---|---|
| Shoulder, seam to seam | 48.0 cm | Not published per size |
| Chest, pit to pit | 55.0 cm (110 cm around) | Not published per size |
| Body length, high point shoulder to hem | 70.5 cm | Not published per size |
| Sleeve, shoulder seam to cuff | 21.0 cm | Not published per size |
| Hem width, laid flat | 55.5 cm | Not published per size |
| Neck rib depth | 2.0 cm | Not published |
Two things stand out. First, 110 cm around the chest on a size L is a properly roomy cut, which is consistent with the listing's own "loose" description and with the category-level buyer notes on Nike loose-fit tees. Second, our two desk fit checks agreed within 0.5 cm on every line, so the garment is at least cut symmetrically; nothing here suggests a twisted side seam or a mismatched sleeve.
When buying T-shirts on the Nike website, make sure to read the "Size & Fit" section in the product description. It will tell you if it's a "Standard Fit", which means go true to size, or "Loose fit for a roomy feel", which means it runs big and you should size down one.
Translated Chinese-language sizing guidance points the same way: Nike short-sleeve sizing is generally accurate, but whether a given style runs large or small depends on the line and the cut, and the advice is to read the specific item's own measurements instead of trusting the letter. Because this album does not publish those measurements, asking the seller for a flat chart in your size remains the single most useful step before ordering.
Fabric weight and hand on the 0.1 g scale
The finished size L tee weighed 213.6 g. Scaled against the flat silhouette, that works out to roughly 195 gsm, which sits inside the stated 180 g to under 250 g band — but it is a derived figure, not a cut-and-weigh result, so we are not treating it as proof of the listed number. What we can state directly is the finished weight on the scale and the behaviour of the cloth.
In the hand the fabric is smooth and slightly dry with a matte surface and low sheen. It drapes rather than standing stiff, holds a crease briefly, and recovered its shape after steaming. After two washes there was no pilling at the underarm or hem, and no snagging pulled at the shoulder seams. Hem and sleeve cuffs are twin-needle stitched with even tension and no skipped stitches showing at the neck rib join.
The listing names acrylic as the main component and polyester as the fabric name, and the bench cannot separate the two — both are synthetic, both behave similarly at this weight, and neither is identifiable by hand or by scale. If the blend matters to you, ask before ordering.
Print sharpness under two light temperatures
We inspected the printed panel under 5000 K and 6500 K light. Under the warmer 5000 K source the solid field reads even, with clean block edges and no halation into the white base. Under the cooler 6500 K source the same panel shows a faint dot screen at thin stroke ends, visible at normal viewing distance only at the extremes of the motif and clearly visible through a 10× loupe. That is normal for digital printing at this price point and is not a defect.
After both washes the print showed no cracking across the solid field, no lifting at the neck rib or shoulder line, and no softening of the motif's outer edge. A white base makes bleed easy to spot; we found no grey cast around the print and no transfer onto a pale test cloth pressed against it.
Wash and dry check
The care label calls for a cold machine wash, no bleach, and line drying or a low tumble. We washed twice on 13 and 18 September 2026 at 30 °C, line dried both times, and re-measured on the board after each cycle.
| Measure | Before wash | After wash 1 | After wash 2 | Change |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Body length | 70.5 cm | 70.0 cm | 69.7 cm | −0.8 cm |
| Chest flat | 55.0 cm | 54.8 cm | 54.6 cm | −0.4 cm |
| Shoulder | 48.0 cm | 47.9 cm | 47.8 cm | −0.2 cm |
| Sleeve | 21.0 cm | 20.9 cm | 20.8 cm | −0.2 cm |
Every movement sits inside the stated 1–3 cm tolerance band, which is the claim the album actually makes and the one that held. The neck rib measured 2.0 cm before and after and sprang back into shape when released, so there is no obvious collar stretch. The white base stayed white with no yellowing, and the colour of the print did not shift between cycles.
What the bench could not settle
- Fibre content. Acrylic and polyester both appear in the listing text and we cannot resolve which is right without a laboratory test.
- Flat charts for XL through 5XL. We measured one size. The cut should scale, but that is an assumption, not a measurement.
- The other 29 variants. We tested one print on one base colour; print coverage varies considerably across the cartoon, geometric and graffiti motifs in the album.
- Brand marking. We record the printed logo as delivered and do not authenticate marks on the bench.
How the score landed
The Nike Classic Logo Printed T-Shirt scores 4.2 / 5. It earns that on repeatable bench behaviour: symmetric cutting, a finished weight inside the stated build band, a print that survived two washes without cracking or bleeding, and shrinkage well inside the published tolerance. It loses the rest on documentation — an unstated fibre blend and no per-size flat chart on a garment whose whole selling point is a roomy cut you have to guess at. On the measured evidence, everything the album does claim, the garment delivered.
